Lead Game Designer
Lead designer responsible for the core systems, economy, progression, combat balance, AI architecture, and live operations of Voxie Tactics, a live-service tactical RPG with blockchain-integrated digital assets. Serve as the primary design authority across gameplay systems while coordinating with engineering, art, production, marketing, community, and executive leadership.
Systems Design
- Own all core gameplay systems including combat, progression, matchmaking, economy, rewards, itemization, crafting, and PvP structure.
- Designed and balanced combat systems supporting thousands of character permutations.
- Developed class identity frameworks, status systems, turn-order mechanics, and progression structures.
- Created multiple competitive and PvE game modes including Draft Arena, Extreme Arena, Titan Arena, and seasonal events.
Live Operations
- Manage ongoing balance updates and seasonal content releases.
- Analyze player behavior and economy performance to drive design decisions.
- Design retention-focused systems and event structures.
- Lead meta balancing across classes, items, abilities, and competitive modes.
AI Systems
- Designed AI-driven gameplay systems and automated encounters.
- Developed dynamic threat and scaling systems.
- Created anti-camping and anti-exploit mechanics.
- Built AI Director architecture for future survival and roguelite projects.
Leadership
- Act as primary liaison between design, engineering, art, production, and executive teams.
- Produce detailed game design documentation and implementation specifications.
